Job Summary
Investment Management Consultant II at Fidelity in Colorado, serving as a subject matter expert on managed accounts and processes. Focused on customer experience, retention, and sales in partnership with the Financial Consultant team, handling complex managed account sales and service needs, including Annual Plan Reviews, risk mitigation, and representing Advisory Services’ voice to the customer. Responsible for engaging with clients on asset allocation, tax planning, and estate planning, conducting pre- and post-sales conversations, and driving advisory support across a diverse book of clients with assets under management. Collaborates with Wealth Management Team and branch colleagues to deliver the full suite of advisory services, including joint phone calls with Financial Consultants, presenting recommendations, and identifying additional sales opportunities. Prioritizes effective practice management, consultative selling skills, and strong communication to support client outcomes. Note: This role has a base salary range of $70,000 - $95,000/year, with eligibility for bonus/variable compensation; immigration sponsorship is not provided for this position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- Minimum of 4 years of previous financial services experience
- Deep understanding of managed account industry and Fidelity’s managed offerings
- Professional designation (CFP) preferred
