Job Summary
Investment Management Consultant II focusing on managed accounts and client-facing advisory work. Serves as a subject matter expert in partnerships with the Financial Consultant team, handling complex managed account sales and service needs, including Annual Plan Reviews, risk mitigation, and representing Advisory Services’ voice to customers. Role requires FINRA Series 7 & 66 (or ability to obtain Series 66), a minimum of 4 years in financial services, and a Bachelor’s degree (CFP preferred). Will engage in client profiling, funding, investing procedures, risk mitigation, and compliance oversight, delivering advisory support, retention opportunities, portfolio construction, rebalancing, and a consultative sales approach within Fidelity Personal and Workplace Advisors LLC. Describes collaboration with Wealth Management Team, joint phone calls with Financial Consultants and clients, and a focus on client experience and assets under management.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 license or ability to acquire Series 7
- FINRA Series 66 license or ability to acquire Series 66
- minimum 4 years of financial services experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Professional designation CFP preferred
- state registrations as applicable to roles in advisory services
- Deep understanding of managed accounts and Fidelity’s managed offerings
- Strong customer service, relationship management, and consultative sales skills
- Ability to collaborate with Wealth Management Team and Financial Consultants
