Investment Management Analyst

Job Summary
Oversight and management of the $5+ Billion multifamily portfolio, including portfolio-level analytics, strategic analysis, and execution of the investor relations strategy. Maintain and update investor-facing materials, CRM systems, and internal databases while supporting new investments through entity formation and EIN/tax ID procurement. Review tax, insurance, and title/survey materials for acquisition opportunities and coordinate with third-party partners, including lenders and legal counsel. Collaborate cross-functionally with Acquisitions, Asset Management, Legal, and Management teams to provide ad hoc analysis, reporting, and operational support. Effectively communicate and interact with senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the multifamily investment space
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical capabilities
- Successful Skilled with PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data
- Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer
- Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment
- This is an onsite role requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices five days a week
Desired Qualifications
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with InDesign, Yardi, CRM platforms, or other real estate software is a plus
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, grow, and continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Skilled in InDesign, Yardi, CRM platform, or other real estate-based software a plus
- Ability to adapt to change with a commitment to professional development
- Seeks and acquires new competencies, work methods, ideas, and information that will improve own efficiency and effectiveness on the job
- Ability to apply newly acquired knowledge to improve job performance and foster innovation within the team
- Ability to work independently or within a team

- A valid driver's license is preferred; candidates without a license will be provided a liability waiver
