Job Summary
Conduct detailed financial statement evaluations to assess underlying company performance and develop financial models including Discounted Cash Flow and Enterprise Value Waterfall analysis. Identify and analyze financial and commercial risks across a diverse set of investments while preparing comprehensive quarterly reviews for the Investment Committee. Maintain direct communication with senior leadership of portfolio companies and collaborate with origination teams on refinancing and amendments. Cover investments across other asset classes held by the institution, including Direct Lending and Structured Alternatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years in investment banking, private equity, corporate or leveraged or infrastructure lending, corporate finance, transaction services, restructuring, corporate audit, or valuations
- A solid educational background in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience covering investments across other asset classes held by the institution, including Direct Lending and Structured Alternatives
