Job Summary
Analyze financial statements, investment opportunities, and market trends to support strategic decision-making and build models evaluating project feasibility, returns, and risks. Prepare investment memos, feasibility studies, and financial reports for management, while monitoring performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs. Conduct variance analysis, assist in evaluating mergers and acquisitions, and support treasury activities including cash flow forecasting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and collaborate with accounting, project management, and operations teams to gather data and participate in due diligence processes. This role requires 7 to 10 years of experience in financial analysis within the Real Estate industry, with IFRS knowledge and relocation to Saudi Arabia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 7 to 10 years of experience in financial analysis, investment analysis, or corporate finance
- Experience in the Real Estate industry
Desired Qualifications
- Willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia
- IFRS knowledge
- ERP experience
- Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
