Job Summary
Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities across target sectors, co-leading origination and deal execution alongside Managing Directors. Lead due diligence, financial modelling, and transaction execution while contributing to investment committee materials and supporting deal structuring. Engage with investors and key stakeholders to support ongoing communication and build credibility across management teams. Act as a core member of the team, contributing to culture, processes, and strategic positioning. The role offers exposure to multiple sectors spanning growth equity and buyout strategies within a leading European fund, with an industry-leading salary, bonus, and carry participation.
Required Qualifications
- Strong academic background
- 15+ years' experience across private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance
- Proven deal execution experience, with a strong track record of originating and closing transactions
- Demonstrated ability to build credibility with investors, management teams, and stakeholders
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical capabilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong written output
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, self-starting approach and strong team orientation
Desired Qualifications
- ACA / CFA or equivalent
