Job Summary
Manage the strategy, execution, and performance of all investments within a family office real estate fund, sourcing and assessing opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality asset classes. Lead financial analysis, valuation, structuring, and due diligence for new deals while overseeing ongoing portfolio management, performance monitoring, and risk management. Identify value-creation initiatives, refinancing, and exit opportunities, preparing investment materials and recommendations for principals and the investment committee. Manage relationships with agents, co-investors, lenders, and external advisors, ensuring governance, reporting, and compliance with ICAV and regulatory requirements. Requires 10-15 years of investment experience within a family office, asset manager, or developer.
Required Qualifications
- 10-15 years' investment experience within a family office, asset manager, or developer
- Broad investment skillset with experience across multiple asset classes and transaction types
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, and commercial judgement
- High level of discretion, autonomy, and comfort operating in a lean family‐office setting
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with regulated fund structures (ICAV / AIF / similar)
