Job Summary
Support instrument onboarding, security setup, and identifier maintenance for CUSIP, ISIN, SEDOL, and FIGI while validating vendor and corporate action updates. Manage benchmark onboarding, custom blended benchmark setup, and constituent hierarchy reviews to ensure trusted investment data for portfolio management and trading. Investigate data quality exceptions, document root causes and remediation actions, and execute daily control checks with evidence of execution. Maintain procedure documentation and support SLA, KPI, and service reporting for Investment Data Operations. Requires 4 to 7 years of experience in investment operations or benchmark management with advanced Excel skills.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 7 years of experience in investment operations, reference data, market data, data operations or benchmark operations
- Experience working in financial services or asset management
- Knowledge of securities, identifiers, reference data attributes and benchmark data concepts
- Advanced Excel
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Data Management, Information Systems or related field
Desired Qualifications
- SQL, workflow tools or data quality platform experience
- Strong Experience In Security Master or reference data operations
- Strong Experience In Benchmark, index or market data operations
- Strong Experience In Vendor data reconciliation and exception management
- Strong Experience In Data quality controls, operational procedures and service reporting
- Strong Experience In Investment management data lifecycle concepts
