Investment Counselor Team Lead, Southeast Region, Managing Director

Lead and oversee a large Investments group across the Southeast region, directing multiple teams of Investment Counselors and Product Specialists to achieve revenue targets and strategic objectives. Own regional strategy development and execution for CPB Investments, coordinate with regional/global leadership, manage client relationships, and drive platform and product initiatives. Responsible for recruiting, developing, promoting, and retaining investment professionals, ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, and cost-to-income efficiency, while delivering Citi’s investment offerings and maintaining the firm’s trusted-advisor role with regional clients.
