Investment Controller (m/w/d)

Job Summary
Manage and shape the real estate investment platform across the Nordics by ensuring the quality and consistency of financial data from local accounting providers and reviewing reconciliations to Fund GAAP. Act as a trusted point of contact for internal stakeholders and external service providers, including accountants, legal advisors, and tax advisors. Oversee the timely preparation and review of annual financial statements and tax returns, including the coordination of tax audits. Support proper corporate resolutions and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements. Contribute to acquisition and disposal processes and support the setup of new investment structures. This role requires a degree in business administration with several years of experience in investment controlling, auditing, or accounting within the real estate or fund industry.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling, banking and finance, auditing, or tax
- Several years of experience in investment controlling, auditing, due diligence, or accounting, preferably in the real estate or fund industry
- Strong analytical skills
- Structured way of working
- Genuine interest in numbers, financial statements, and complex investment structures
- Sound knowledge of accounting standards
- Experience in reconciling different accounting frameworks
