Job Summary
In this role you will work directly with clients to help them make investment decisions that are in their best interest, using Fidelity’s planning tools to present customized financial solutions. You will focus on engaging with existing clients and warm leads to grow relationships and deliver investment solutions, with in-person attendance required at the Rockville, MD branch. The ideal candidate has strong interpersonal and consultative skills, excels in a fast-paced environment, and can educate clients on investment solutions while coordinating with wealth management partners as appropriate.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 license and Series 66 license with appropriate state registrations, or ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- Interpersonal and consultative skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to conduct in-person client appointments and use Fidelity planning tools
- Tuition reimbursement and possible CFP/degree encouragement are provided (helpful but not required)
