Job Summary
Develop customized financial plans for existing clients in Fidelity’s Investor Center, using planning tools to present investment solutions and grow relationships with a local advisor. Focus on one-on-one client discussions, leveraging guidance tools to understand clients’ goals and provide tailored recommendations. Requires FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses (or ability to obtain Series 66) and in-person attendance at the assigned branch in Lynnwood, WA. Strong interpersonal and consultative skills, and the ability to engage with warm leads rather than sourcing new customers. Fidelity emphasizes training and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 license licensed and hold appropriate state registrations, OR ability to acquire Series 66 upon hire
- In-person attendance in assigned Branch location
- Strong financial planning knowledge and ability to utilize Fidelity planning tools
- Excellent interpersonal and consultative selling skills
- Ability to engage with existing clients and warm leads to provide investment solutions
