Job Summary
Proactively conduct client outreach, perform needs-based conversations, and position solutions by applying active listening and thoughtful questioning to align services with client goals. Manage priorities across outreach, follow-up, and administrative work while building relationship management skills through timely, accurate, client-focused support. Collaborate with Financial Consultants and branch leaders to enhance the client experience, taking ownership of learning, results, and professional growth. This role serves as a critical first step toward becoming a Financial Consultant, supported by a four-week Wealth Management University program and ongoing mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- A valid and active FINRA Series 7 license
- Currently hold or obtain the FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license
- Life & Health Insurance license
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant experience in financial services or a similar client-facing, sales, or advisory environment
