Job Summary
Compliance Reporting Lead responsible for creating, maintaining, and testing logic-based rules for financial instruments owned by clients; ensure rules align with Client Investment Agreement and regulatory changes; act as a change agent by providing technical expertise for key compliance projects and identifying breaches; develop innovative solutions to meet client requirements, including coding within the Compliance Reporting application; maintain and update fund rules; address client nuances to deliver optimal solutions; investigate breaches of investment guidelines with investment managers; focus on solving complex technical requests for global clients and interpreting investment mandates to code rules; requires strong knowledge of financial instruments including derivatives and excellent communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in related technical area (such as Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Sciences or Business) and experience financial instruments
- Coding or report writing experience, with logic-based database systems
- Excellent financial market and instrument knowledge
- Compliance reporting product knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication
