Job Summary
Lead coverage efforts, develop and maintain long-term client relationships; identify IPO/M&A opportunities; lead client pitch efforts, provide advice and strategies to meet clients’ needs; communicate with internal and external stakeholders and maintain relationships at senior levels; leverage the firm’s value proposition, mobilize the team to initiate transaction ideas and drive key execution milestones; coach junior bankers to develop analytical skills for a career in investment banking; requires a Master’s degree or above and at least 10 years of investment banking experience, with strong sector coverage; English required and Mandarin preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree or above in finance, economics, accounting, business management or other relevant disciplines from a well-established institution
- At least 10 years of investment banking experience and strong sector coverage
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to maintain relationships at all levels within the organization
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; Mandarin speaker highly preferred
