Job Summary
Lead the preparation and analysis of historical and projected financial information, overseeing financial modeling, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring for M&A sell-side deals. Manage due diligence processes, coordinate execution teams, and prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, and marketing materials. Support new business development initiatives through pitch creation and client strategy development while maintaining active communication with clients and advisors. Mentor and supervise junior team members to ensure high-quality analytical output. Requires 5+ years of relevant investment banking experience. Base salary range is $250,000.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant investment banking experience
- MBA graduates with at least 4 years of investment banking experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting, valuation methodologies, and applied financial theory
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead teams and interact effectively with senior stakeholders
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and interested in building long-term client relationships
