Job Summary
Lead junior bankers through M&A transactions by reviewing work, setting expectations, and providing constructive feedback. Draft compelling selling memorandums and presentations while applying strong accounting and financial modeling knowledge. Manage client relationships and build trust with internal and external stakeholders across healthcare and technology sectors. Requires 5+ years of investment banking experience and meaningful M&A transaction history. Located in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Charlotte. Starting salary of $250,000 plus annual incentive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of investment banking experience or MBA degree
- 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience
- Meaningful M&A transaction experience
- Ability to lead junior bankers throughout a transaction
- Business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations
- Strong knowledge of accounting and financial modeling
- Client management skills
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional work ethic
- High level of enthusiasm, initiative and leadership potential
