Job Summary
Senior-level Investment Banking VP role focused on Healthcare MedTech: lead and support execution of M&A, equity, equity-linked, and debt transactions; develop compelling client materials; participate in due diligence and drafting; drive business development initiatives; mentor and lead junior bankers; manage client relationships and provide strategic financial advisory and valuations. Demonstrates strong accounting, deal modeling, and front-to-back transaction execution within a fast-paced healthcare devices ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of investment banking experience or MBA degree and 3+ years of investment banking or closely related experience
- Meaningful M&A transaction experience required
- Ability to lead junior bankers throughout a transaction; includes reviewing work, setting expectations and providing constructive feedback
- Bachelor's or MBA Degree in finance, business, management plus other related degrees
- Strong knowledge of accounting and M&A deal modeling experience
- Client management skills including ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders
