Job Summary
Associate in our Technology Investment Banking group; responsibilities include developing content for strategic meetings with clients on M&A or capital market transactions, interacting with senior team members and client management to execute transactions and discuss strategic alternatives, defining and reviewing valuation analyses (DCF, comps, and LBOs), guiding technical analyses in M&A or pitch situations, providing leadership, mentorship and supervision to Associates and Analysts, and participating in graduate recruiting. The role involves coordinating with a broad team, involvement in real-time transactions, and opportunities for travel.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role
- A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
- Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
