Job Summary
Investment Banking Analyst to join J.P. Morgan's Technology team. You will execute transactions, support due diligence and document preparation, and liaise with counterparties (accounting, legal, etc). You will build and use complex financial models, perform valuation and analytical exercises, and prepare presentation materials for M&A and capital markets transactions or strategic client dialogue. You will work with product and sector teams, stay informed on market developments, and develop knowledge of target clients and market dynamics. Strong accounting/finance/quantitative skills, plus excellent written and verbal communication, are essential for contributing to high-profile transactions and supporting senior professionals in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year work experience in investment banking and/or front-office related role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field
- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills
- Understanding of the transaction cycle and execution orientation
- Impeccable communication skills with senior professionals, clients and stakeholders in other lines of business
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
