Job Summary
Investment Banking Analyst on the Technology team supporting high-profile transactions in M&A and capital raises. You will execute transactions through due diligence, document preparation, and negotiations while liaising with clients and advisers; collaborate with product and sector teams; build and use complex financial models, perform valuations, and prepare presentation materials for management, boards, and client discussions; stay informed on market developments and target client dynamics; develop strong financial and business writing skills under mentorship and senior guidance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field
- Minimum 1 year work experience in investment banking and/or front-office related role
- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills
- Understanding of the transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
