Job Summary
Analyst in the Investment Banking Technology team supporting the execution of high-profile transactions and capital-raising activities. Responsibilities include executing transactions through due diligence, document preparation, and negotiation; collaborating with product and sector teams; building and using complex financial models; completing valuation and analytical exercises; drafting presentation materials for client dialogues, management presentations, and memorandums; and staying informed on key market developments to understand target client dynamics. Strong emphasis on technical financial skills, rigorous accounting knowledge, effective communication with senior stakeholders, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related field
- Minimum 1 year work experience in investment banking and/or front-office related role
- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
