Job Summary
Associate to join Strategic Financing Solutions in Corporate & Investment Bank. You will participate in the full transactional cycle: preparing marketing pitches, performing financial analysis, developing client materials, coordinating with sales, trading, risk, legal and compliance, and supporting senior members across asset classes. Responsibilities include analyzing transaction structures (e.g., Digital Infrastructure ABS, Bespoke Loans, Whole Business Securitizations), identifying financing opportunities, preparing client materials and presentations, engaging in client calls, and developing new products and platforms to expand credit and loan financing offerings. Requirements include minimum two years in a markets transactional role or related front-office IB experience, strong quantitative and communication skills, ability to work under pressure, and Series 79/63 licenses preferred or required within 90 days. Location: New York, NY, United States.
