Job Summary
Execute in-depth analyses to support new business development, transaction execution, and the delivery of investment banking products and services. Perform research and financial modeling, apply core valuation methods, and complete due diligence activities at the direction of the team lead. Work closely with client staff to advance projects, gathering information, describing modeling methodology, and presenting results. Provide training and mentorship to summer interns and less experienced Analysts. Draft management presentations and marketing materials emphasizing the firm's approach. Participate in client meetings and drafting sessions while researching industries to target specific clients. Ensure all activities comply with applicable rules, regulations, and procedures. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of prior investment banking experience, and the acquisition of SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 exams within 150 days.

- 2+ years previous experience as an Analyst
- Proven track record in university studies
