Job Summary
Seasoned Investment Banking professional focused on Australia real estate coverage, leading origination and execution across M&A, divestitures, restructurings, loans, and equity/debt capital raises. Primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals with a focus on Australia, with global cross-border exposure. Responsibilities include refining materials, overseeing financial model creation, coordinating with lawyers/accountants/consultants, leading client negotiations, pitching for new opportunities, and mentoring junior bankers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or other related disciplines
- Minimum 6 years’ experience working in the front office of a top-tier Investment Bank
- Highly driven, detail-oriented, diligent with strong analytical, communication, and writing skills
- Strong historical performance reviews
- Well versed in M&A, ECM, and DCM with a track record of leading the execution of deals
- Ability to interact comfortably with business clients and management
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently and in a team
