Job Summary
Analyst role supporting execution of investment banking transactions in Real Estate, including due diligence, document preparation, negotiation, and liaison with clients and advisers; build and apply complex financial models, perform valuation/analytic exercises, and draft presentation materials for M&A and capital markets transactions while staying current on market developments and targeting the client base; requires prior front-office IB experience, strong accounting/finance/quant skills, top-tier academic background, execution orientation, and exceptional communication with senior stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in an investment banking front office, or related, role
- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills
- A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
- Understanding of the transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
