The role participates in client and deal teams and supports a broad set of activities across investment banking. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive company and industry research and preparing presentation materials for clients, supporting financial and statistical analyses and structuring and execution activities, and assisting clients with raising funds in the capital markets, along with providing strategic advisory services for mergers and acquisitions and other financial transactions. The candidate will develop and maintain complex financial models and perform valuations and merger consequences analyses, assist in coordinating and executing information with product groups, and support origination efforts and evaluation of new opportunities across multiple sectors.
