Job Summary
As a Vice President in Investment Banking for Natural Resources M&A, you will act as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals, oversee the analytic work of junior bankers, refine marketing/execution materials, oversee financial projection models, identify and manage deal risks, liaise with lawyers/accountants/parties, and lead client negotiations and Q&A. The role requires strong written/verbal communication, advanced Excel modelling/valuation skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, independent project management, and professional interaction with clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
- Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role
- Experience in training junior bankers
