Associate in Natural Resources investment banking leading the full cycle of M&A and capital markets transactions, including developing client pitches, performing valuation work (DCF, comps, transaction comps, and LBO analyses), and preparing internal committee memoranda and client presentations; provides leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Associates and Analysts; participates in graduate recruiting and collaborates with a large team on real-time transactions with frequent travel.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in an investment banking front office Associate role
- A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Execution oriented with a deep understanding of the transaction cycle and the steps in the process
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other lines of business
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
