Job Summary
Investment Banking Associate in the Mid Cap Technology group responsible for leading elements of the full transaction cycle, including preparing marketing pitches, financial analysis, and client presentations. Work with analysts and associates, mentor junior team members, contribute to M&A and capital markets discussions, and participate in graduate recruiting. Requires strong financial modelling, effective communication, and the ability to work independently on complex transactions, with exposure to frequent travel.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Impeccable communication with senior professionals, clients, and stakeholders
- Understands transaction cycle and execution, and is execution oriented
