Job Summary
Associate in Mid Cap M&C Investment Banking responsible for leading the execution of transactions from pitch through closing, including preparing marketing materials and client presentations, performing detailed valuation analyses (DCF, comparables, LBO), reviewing financial analyses, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to graduate recruiting. Roles involve coordinating with analysts and associates, interacting with senior team members and clients daily, participating in deals across industries, and occasional frequent travel as part of transaction execution.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role
- Background in Media & Communications or TMT
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Understanding of transaction cycle and execution
- Impeccable communication with clients and senior stakeholders
- Self-directed and able to work independently
