Job Summary
Investment Banking Analyst in the Mid Cap Healthcare group, contributing to the full transaction lifecycle including preparing marketing pitches, conducting financial analyses (DCF, comps, LBOs), and presenting internal memoranda and client materials. The role involves leadership and supervision of Analysts/Associates, collaboration with senior bankers, participation in graduate recruiting, and potential frequent travel. Strong financial modelling, deal execution, and superb communication with clients and stakeholders are required. Joining a global Analyst class within Industry, Country Coverage or Product Team, working with a large team on real-time transactions.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role
- A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
- Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
