Job Summary
Associate in M&A will participate in the full cycle of transactions, including developing marketing pitches, performing valuation analyses (DCF, trading/transaction comparables, and LBO analyses), reviewing and guiding detailed analyses, and presenting to clients. You will lead and mentor Associates and Analysts, collaborate with a broad team, interact with senior team members and client management, contribute to graduate recruiting, and gain exposure to real-time transactions with frequent travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years prior work experience in an investment banking front office role
- experience in a top-tier consulting firm (financial, commercial, or operational due diligence) is preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- strong financial modelling skills
- understands transaction cycle and execution
- impeccable communication skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals and clients
- self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
