Job Summary
Associate in Investment Banking M&A will participate in the full cycle of transactional execution including preparing marketing pitches, reviewing and formulating financial analysis, preparing and presenting internal committee memoranda and client presentations. You will define, guide and review valuation analyses (DCF, trading and transaction comparables, and LBO analyses), and provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to Associates and Analysts. You will interact with senior team members and client management daily to execute transactions, contribute to graduate recruiting, and collaborate with a broad team to be involved in real-time transactions with frequent travel.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years prior work experience in an investment banking front office role
- in a relevant role at a top tier consulting firm (financial, commercial, or operational due diligence)
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
- Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
