Analyst in M&A at J.P. Morgan supporting due diligence, document preparation, negotiation, and liaison with clients/advisers; build and use complex financial models and perform valuation and analytical exercises; draft presentation materials for use in M&A and capital markets transactions and strategic client dialogue; stay abreast of market developments and develop knowledge of target clients and market dynamics.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years prior work experience in an investment banking front office role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance and/or related field
- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills
- Understanding of the transaction cycle and execution oriented
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
