Job Summary
Vice President in Investment Banking, focusing on M&A across Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging. Acts as primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals, coordinates analytic work and marketing/execution materials, oversees financial projection models, identifies and manages deal risks, and liaises with lawyers, accountants, and counterparties. Leads client negotiations and Q&A, and drives marketing/execution efforts to maximize client impact. Requires frontline investment banking experience, ability to train junior bankers, exceptional written and verbal communication, strong Excel modelling and valuation skills, ability to work under pressure, project independence, and professional interaction with clients. Degree: Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role
- Experience in training junior bankers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong quantitative and analytical skills (including Excel modelling and valuation)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to develop innovative solutions
- Ability to interact with clients professionally
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
