Job Summary
Acting as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on capital markets transactions; overseeing analytic work and refinement of marketing/execution materials; supervising creation of financial projection models; identifying and managing risks in deals; liaising with lawyers, accountants, and other counterparties.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Leveraged Finance (front office)
- Experience training junior bankers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills including Excel modeling and valuation
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to manage projects independently and take on responsibility as part of a team
- Professional interaction with clients
- Understanding of financial, legal and reputational risks in large investment banks
