Investment Banking – Investment Grade Private Credit – Analyst

Analyst on the Investment Grade Private Credit desk supporting deal structuring, marketing and execution. Work directly with MDs/EDs/VPs in a flat, team-oriented environment to drive processes for 4(a)(2) private placements, including preparing client pitches, analyzing market data and ensuring holistic capital-structure solutions. Responsibilities include coordinating with coverage, risk management, and debt/equity partners, developing industry knowledge of client bases (e.g., CFOs, Treasurers, Capital Markets Directors), and maintaining direct dialogue with client-facing teams. Skills emphasized include strong accounting/finance, quantitative and business-writing abilities, excellent communication, familiarity with banking regulation, and the ability to multi-task in a high-pressure setting. Bachelor’s degree required; prior investment banking experience or Big 4 advisory/diligence experience preferred; relevant licenses (SIE, Series 7/79/63) beneficial.
