Job Summary
Associate in Investment Grade Finance will function as a fully integrated team member, directly interacting with MDs/EDs/VPs, and drive deal executions and pitching. Responsibilities include structuring and marketing bond and loan executions, liability management, coordinating with investment banking coverage and risk management to provide holistic corporate finance and capital structure solutions, developing industry knowledge, and maintaining direct dialogue with client coverage officers and banking syndicate. The role requires strong financial analysis, quantitative skills, excellent communication, and ability to operate under high pressure, with exposure to capital markets, ratings considerations, and client-facing activities.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or related field
- Excellent accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills
- Familiarity with the banking regulatory landscape and key trends
- Impeccable communication skills with ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other lines of business
- Comfortable working in a high pressure environment, possessing superior organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task across various deliverables
