Job Summary
Manage the execution of M&A transactions and debt financings for infrastructure investors, including transport, energy, and digital sectors. Lead due diligence sessions, develop pitchbook materials for client meetings, and interact with internal and external legal, tax, accounting, and rating agency parties. Generate ideas and solutions to meet client needs while mentoring and training junior personnel. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, previous investment banking experience, and strong quantitative/analytical skills, including financial modelling. Applicants must demonstrate professional maturity to interact directly with clients and drive origination and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Previous Investment Banking experience
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills including financial modelling
- Professional maturity and experience to interact directly with client and drive origination and execution
- Strategic and creative thinking
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Ability to manage several projects at once and work effectively as an individual and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the infrastructure industry preferred
