Job Summary
Develop financial models and conduct risk analysis for greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Assist in transaction due diligence, draft financing proposals, and coordinate deliverables with client coverage, product, and sales teams. Engage with clients and third-party advisors to implement financing solutions for transportation, energy, utilities, and social infrastructure sectors. Prepare and negotiate financing documentation while supporting senior project finance advisors. Conduct industry research to identify new opportunities and integrate customized offerings to meet client strategic objectives. This role involves regulated activity requiring fitness and propriety assessments.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of investment banking or private equity experience
- Proficient quantitative and analytical skills (including excel and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate advanced financial modelling, valuation and debt structuring capabilities
- Highly motivated, adaptable, able to mutli-task and manage project independently
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to interact with stakeholder in a wide range of situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
