Job Summary
Senior Analyst/Associate in Investment Banking Infrastructure Advisory based in London. Develop financial models and risk analysis for greenfield and brownfield infrastructure projects; assist in transaction due diligence to assess credit risks and mitigants; draft financing proposals, investor materials, road show marketing materials, rating agency presentations, pitch books; coordinate with client coverage, product partners, and internal stakeholders to manage deliverables; engage with clients and third-party advisors to develop and implement financing solutions; assist in preparing, reviewing and negotiating financing documentation; conduct industry and company research to identify new opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant investment banking or private equity experience
- Proficient quantitative and analytical skills (including excel and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate advanced financial modelling, valuation and debt structuring capabilities
- Highly motivated, adaptable, able to multi-task and manage project independently
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Ability to interact with stakeholder in a wide range of situations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Infrastructure/project finance experience (preferred)
- Regulatory fitness and propriety considerations as assessed by the Firm (where appropriate) to carry out such activities
