Job Summary
Investment Banking Healthcare Vice President to join the San Francisco team. Lead and execute complex transactions across healthcare and life sciences, including acquisitions, mergers, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, recapitalizations, and public or private capital markets transactions. Collaborate with regional and international clients and internal professionals to deliver high-quality advisory services, including valuation, financial analysis, and strategic execution. Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to perform under pressure, and a track record of working on complex deals are essential. Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is an asset. Series licensing or eligibility to obtain licensing is noted.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA would be an asset
- 6+ years of experience in investment banking, or 3+ years with an MBA
