Job Summary
Associate in the Healthcare Investment Banking team responsible for executing transactions, preparing marketing pitches, conducting valuation analyses (DCF, trading comparables, transaction comparables and LBO analyses), and guiding the execution function while collaborating with analysts and associates. Will provide leadership, mentorship, and supervision to junior staff, participate in graduate recruiting, and contribute to client presentations and internal memoranda. Role involves frequent travel and exposure to senior professionals across an industry, country coverage, or product team.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Understanding of the transaction cycle and execution.
- Impeccable communication capable of interacting with senior professionals and clients.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, able to work independently.
