Job Summary
Analyst in JPMorgan's Healthcare investment banking team focused on executing transactions in M&A and capital markets. Responsibilities include supporting due diligence, document preparation, negotiation, liaising with accountants/legal advisers, building and using complex financial models, performing valuations, and drafting presentation materials for management, boards, and client discussions. Collaboration with product and sector teams, staying abreast of market developments, and developing client-facing communication and analytical skills. Location: New York, NY. This is a full-time role requiring strong accounting/finance knowledge, excellent written and verbal communication, and execution-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year prior work experience in an investment banking front office, or related, role
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other lines of business
- Understanding of the transaction cycle and execution-oriented approach
- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills
