Job Summary
Analyst on the Healthcare Investment Banking team supports due diligence, document preparation, and negotiations, collaborates with client counterparts and advisers, and works with product and sector teams. Builds and uses complex financial models, performs valuation and analytical exercises, and drafts presentation materials for use in M&A and capital markets transactions, including management presentations, Board materials, and memorandums. Develops knowledge of target client base and market dynamics while staying abreast of key market developments. Strong accounting, finance, quantitative, and business writing skills are required, along with impeccable communication to effectively interact with senior professionals and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- One year of prior work experience in an investment banking front office, or related, role.
