Job Summary
Investment Banking Associate in the Financial Institutions Group within Specialty Finance and Alternative Asset Management. You will participate in the full cycle of transactional execution, including preparing marketing pitches, conducting financial analysis (DCF, comps, and LBOs), preparing internal committee memoranda and client presentations, and providing leadership in the execution function alongside analysts and associates. You will develop core skills across investment banking activities and have opportunities to lead transactions and contribute to graduate recruiting. The role involves frequent travel and collaboration with a broad team of analysts and associates.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role.
- A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution.
- Strong financial modelling skills.
- Understanding of transaction cycle and execution.
- Impeccable communication with the ability to interact with senior professionals, clients and stakeholders.
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
