Job Summary
Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group within Specialty Finance and Alternative Asset Management at J.P. Morgan. Responsibilities include executing transactions, supporting due diligence, document preparation, and liaising with clients and advisers; building and using complex financial models, completing valuation and analytical exercises; drafting presentation materials for M&A and capital markets transactions, and maintaining awareness of market developments and target client dynamics. Requires a Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting or related field and ~1 year of front-office IB experience, with strong accounting, finance, quantitative, and business-writing skills and impeccable communication with senior professionals and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1 year work experience in an investment banking front office, or related, role
- Strong accounting, finance, quantitative and business writing skills
- Impeccable communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
