Job Summary
Investment Banking Associate in the Financial Institutions Group (Insurance vertical) contributing to full cycle transactions—from preparing marketing pitches and client presentations to leading detailed valuation analyses (DCF, comps, LBO) and financial modeling. Will guide and supervise Analysts and Associates, interact with senior team members and clients daily, participate in graduate recruiting, and collaborate across Industry/Country Coverage or Product Team while traveling as needed to support deal execution.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role
- A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
- Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
