Job Summary
Develop content for strategic client meetings regarding M&A or capital market transactions and prepare detailed valuation analyses including DCF, trading comparables, and LBO models. Interact daily with senior team members and client management to execute transactions, formulate financial analysis, and present internal committee memoranda and client pitches. Participate in undergraduate recruiting efforts while maintaining impeccable communication with senior professionals and key stakeholders. Requires prior front office experience, top-tier academic background, and strong financial modeling skills.
Required Qualifications
- Prior work experience in an investment banking front office role
- A well-rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
- Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders in other line of business
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently
